Building well-being in your school: The LSC approach

1. Understand Your School

We begin by learning about your students, staff, and goals.

    •    Identify your school’s needs and priorities

    •    Review existing programs and structures

    •    Clarify what success looks like in your context

Every school is different—our approach starts with understanding yours.

2. Design a Customized Plan

We create a program that fits seamlessly into your school day.

    •    Recommend the right entry point (elective, integration, or pilot program)

    •    Align curriculum and training with your schedule and goals

    •    Map out a clear, realistic implementation plan

No one-size-fits-all solutions—everything is built to work within your system.

3. Implement with Support

We help bring the program to life in real classrooms.

   •    Provide curriculum, resources, and lesson structures

    •    Deliver educator training and workshops

    •    Support early implementation to ensure a strong start

This is where ideas turn into real student experiences.

4. Sustain & Grow

We stay involved to help the program take root and expand over time.

   •    Ongoing support and refinement

    •    Feedback loops to measure impact and improve delivery

    •    Guidance for scaling across classrooms or grade levels

Our goal is to help you build something that lasts.

About the facilitator

I bring over 12 years of experience as an educator, along with a Master’s degree in Happiness Studies from Happiness Studies Academy.

My work has always centered around one question: How do we prepare students not just academically, but emotionally and psychologically for life?

To answer that, I designed and successfully gained school board approval for a high school Positive Psychology elective—an uncommon step in public education—and have taught the course for the past seven years. Through this work, I’ve had the opportunity to bring Positive Psychology out of theory and into real classroom practice, helping students develop emotional intelligence, resilience, and self-awareness in meaningful, applied ways.

Today, my work through Life School Collective focuses on partnering with schools to design and implement practical, evidence-based well-being programs that are both sustainable and impactful.
