Building Resilience in Your School: The LSC Approach
1. Align & Strategize
We begin with a targeted consultation with your administrative leadership team.
• Walk through the LSC course curriculum, standards, and benchmarks
• Review existing school scheduling, structures, and goals
• Clarify academic and character learning targets
A successful launch starts with clear leadership alignment.
2. Inspire & Identify
We introduce the science of resiliency to your entire faculty.
• Deliver an inspiring 1-hour professional keynote to all staff
• Cultivate school-wide buy-in for resiliency and character education
• Identify passionate, authentic volunteer educators to pilot the course
By starting with willing, passionate teachers, we ensure high-integrity classroom delivery.
3. Equip & Train
We prepare your selected educators to lead the curriculum with confidence.
• Host a highly practical 4-day (24-hour) LSC Coach Training Intensive
• Distribute comprehensive Teacher Manuals, customizable slide decks, and lesson resources
• Focus Day 1 on personal adult self-regulation and Days 2–4 on pedagogical delivery
Your teachers will step into the classroom ready to model and teach these concepts on day one.
4. Support & Nurture
We partner with you throughout the year to ensure long-term program integrity.
• Provide 4 structured quarterly check-ins (2 in-person, 2 virtual)
• Offer continuous troubleshooting, collaborative reframing, and program audits
• Ensure your educators feel supported, motivated, and clear on their journey
Implementation succeeds when teachers have an ongoing support system.
5. Direct-Line Access
We provide on-demand coaching so your team is never stuck.
• Give trained educators direct booking access to 30-minute virtual consultations via Calendly
• Troubleshoot real-time classroom dynamics, curriculum pacing, and lesson customization
• Keep your staff supported with personal coaching as they navigate the school year.
Clear, open communication is the foundation of effective collaboration.

About the facilitator
I bring over 12 years of experience as an educator, along with a Master’s degree in Happiness Studies from Happiness Studies Academy.
My work has always centered around one question: How do we prepare students not just academically, but emotionally and psychologically for life?
To answer that, I designed and successfully gained school board approval for a high school Positive Psychology elective—an uncommon step in public education—and have taught the course for the past seven years. Through this work, I’ve had the opportunity to bring Positive Psychology out of theory and into real classroom practice, helping students develop emotional intelligence, resilience, and self-awareness in meaningful, applied ways.
Today, my work through Life School Collective focuses on partnering with schools to design and implement practical, evidence-based well-being programs that are both sustainable and impactful.
Helping schools build happier, more resilient students—from the inside out!
